Annals of Long-Term Care: Clinical Care and Aging (ALTC) is dedicated to providing practical clinical information to all healthcare providers serving long-term care residents, a frail population with unique health concerns. This mission is crucial as there is still a paucity of clinical data for elderly individuals, especially those residing in long-term care facilities. In addition, the demand for long-term care services is anticipated to surge in the coming decades; thus, an increasing number of healthcare providers will be caring for long-term care residents.
