The Elliot Health System is seeking an additional BC/BE fellowship-trained geriatrician to join the current group of 5 physicians and 6 nurse practitioners.
Our exceptional, full service outpatient Senior Center provides a seamless network of healthcare services to the greater Manchester, NH area’s senior population. We feature on-site:
• Senior health primary care physicians
• Behavioral health
• Rehabilitation
• Radiology
• Lab services
• Health and fitness education
Call of 1:6 is practice only and NP’s cover nursing home call. The practice has access to a Hospitalist Service and utilizes EMR (EPIC).
